Broken Footbridge
The wooden footbridge across the Jubilee River near Mill Lane has failed. Two important structural timbers are broken and the bridge is now very weak. Please don’t use the bridge! Institute Road Closure

Peter Maddocks
We are sad to record the death of Peter Maddocks, a long time member of the Society. Our thoughts are with Astrid and family. There will be a memorial service at St Nicolas Church, 25th January at 2:30pm.
Road closures affecting Taplow
BCC have issued notices for road closures to cover various works. Those affecting Taplow include Station Road, Hitcham Road Burnham, Lentrise Road Burnham, Taplow Road Burnham. Details are at Road closures 29.01.18
Changes to bus services
Some changes to bus services that affect Taplow. The Route 4 Slough – Maidenhead service has changed operator. Reading Buses will operate this service from 20th January. Details are at: HERE

Carols on the Greeen
Thursday 21st December from 6pm Carols on the Village Green is back. Mulled wine, snacks, donations to the Salvation Army, all your favourite carols.
